Okay, the fifth chapter of Overkill is now up. So is the latest section of HTQ4’s “Ginger” story from Dark Blue Monstropolis. Find that here. And I’m converting Next Wave as fast as possible. The first fifteen pages are up, plus the cover. Filed under: Dark Blue Monstropolis and Projects

Both the sections of my story and HTQ4’s “Ginger Gets a New Life” are up in the new Wordpress format. In fact, Chapter 2.2 of “Ginger” is now up, and is the latest content on there. The RSS feed is here. I’ll make it a little more obvious how to find that on the site proper. Now we create the blog where I’ll be posting my latest novel in installments. And the plates keep spinning. P.S. For those of you still disgusting with the latest Spider-Man books, the latest Adventures of Li’l Squitch are here and here. And we’re very grateful to Eye of Something Odd for playing the role of Li’l Squitch. Something Odd isn’t forgotten, just dealing with shitstorms. You know how it goes. WWII Army Sea Forts. On stilts. Found via Boing Boing. And somebody’s already caught it and asked WTF is up with this to which I must reply: patience. Patience. Filed under: Dark Blue Monstropolis and Projects and Writing Fodder

These already play a role in DBM, but I just love this idea. Giant serene airships letting you download porn wirelessly from, as they say, an area the size of Texas. I love the future. Filed under: Dark Blue Monstropolis and Writing Fodder

Mini-interview from Wired, 10/2004. Must write faster. A lot faster. P.S. Yeah, it takes me a while to get through my magazines. What of it? Filed under: Dark Blue Monstropolis

That was Cat’s reaction. And essentially…yes. Which means I must write faster because every single damn day the future catches up to me a little more. Filed under: Dark Blue Monstropolis

Combine a dehumidifier and a water purifier and you’ve got a solution to where drinking water comes from in the majority of DBM’s world. Now I’m armed in case somebody asks me. Lord knows I’ve gotten weirder questions. Filed under: Dark Blue Monstropolis and Writing Fodder

Prospective DBMers ask me: “Dude, are you aware your fly is open?” Then after an awkward moment and a zip up, they ask me: “What the hell is Heavy Tech, anyway?” Well, one way to think about it is to be able to handle a lot more variables. A lot more. Filed under: Dark Blue Monstropolis and Writing Fodder
