Especially if you live in rural Ohio like this poor woman. She has three kids, doesn't want a fourth, and received the gift that keeps on giving: The Broken Condom. The tale of how she was denied Plan B, i.e. emergency contraception, because it's not January 1st yet and it's still only available under a prescription, is enough to scare the hell out of anyone.
