I mean, in my own crappy job, I am terrible at customer service, to the point where there are certain jobs they won't let me do even though we're understaffed. But I also know that the reason I love my computer is the people at tech support listen and therefore understand I'm not an idiot - they help me. I suppose I'm just a big hypocrite. I don't know what my take on this is, honestly.
