Mom and I passed him for six months, always the same guy, holding a "Grand Opening" sign. When the sign went from "Grand Opening" to "Margarita Specials," we tracked the place down. So I guess one has to take into account certain Priorities when outfitting ad-zombies. There's a guy in a sombrero and pancho, on Broad Street in Richmond.
