		<description>There&#039;s a guy in a sombrero and pancho, on Broad Street in Richmond.  Mom and I passed him for six months, always the same guy, holding a &quot;Grand Opening&quot; sign.  When the sign went from &quot;Grand Opening&quot; to &quot;Margarita Specials,&quot; we tracked the place down.  So I guess one has to take into account certain Priorities when outfitting ad-zombies.  </description>
